With two great academies in place, we have welcomed new Academy Leads this term.  ANDREA CALLENDER is Head of School at Priestmead Primary and RACHEL BATES is Associate Headteacher at The Welldon Park Academy.  Both Academy Leads work with SASH HAMIDI as Executive Headteacher.  This term, each academy is focusing on its ACADEMY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (ADP) for 2021-22.  Whilst we are a MAT, each Academy develops their ADP linked to their Academic Strategic Plan (ASP) which feeds into the Trust's Strategic Plan.  

To keep shaping the curriculum and best outcomes for children across the Trust, the Academy Leads join our Central team monthly.  New ideas on the horizon include:

• shared staff CPD
• new Trust "children" events 
• collaboration on the National Tutoring Programme
• planned joint leadership learning walks to improve each academy
