Sash Hamidi
Sash Hamidi, Executive Headteacher, CEO & Accounting Officer
Sash Hamidi brings over 15 years of leadership experience across two London boroughs, with a focus on advancing education and fostering success in schools. He holds qualifications including NPQH, NPQEL, and is currently pursuing the CEO qualification with the National Institute of Teaching. As Executive Headteacher of The Welldon Park Academy and Priestmead Primary School, Sash partners with Best Practice Network to deliver comprehensive teacher training and leadership programs. He also serves as an NGA Consultant, with expertise in governance and leadership development.
In his dual role as CEO and Accounting Officer of the Trust, Sash ensures operational excellence and upholds the highest standards of accountability to trustees, staff, and the wider community. His leadership is grounded in a strong ethical foundation, promoting a culture of trust, achievement, and innovation.
Sash is deeply committed to the success and well-being of every child, believing that all educational decisions should put children first. His leadership is driven by moral purpose, passion, and the desire to inspire future generations.

Binitta Shah
Chief Financial Officer Associate
Binitta Shah began her career in the banking and consulting sector as a qualified accountant. After relocating to the UK, she joined Priestmead Primary School as a finance administrator, where she was responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
As a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Binitta was afforded the opportunity to lead the Finance function within the Trust. In this role, she focused on supporting and promoting ethical procurement practices while streamlining financial processes.
In her current position, Binitta supports the CEO, Trustees, and Academy leads by providing timely reporting, optimising budgets, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Her passion lies in ensuring that educational institutions thrive financially while fostering pupil success.

Mark Alwyn
Head of Estates & IT, DPO for the Trust
Mark Alwyn began his career in the hospitality sector before transitioning to education, where he has dedicated over 10 years of service. In his current position as Head of Estates & IT, Mark’s role has evolved alongside the growth and success of the Trust.
His journey in education started at Priestmead Primary School, where he served as Site Manager. In this capacity, he was instrumental in the design, development, and delivery of a new school building under the Priority School Building Programme (PSBP). This foundational experience allowed him to gain valuable insights into managing educational facilities effectively.
While at Priestmead, Mark also took significant steps to enhance the school’s services by bringing Catering and the Breakfast/After-school Club in-house. This initiative laid the groundwork for what is now known as Pegasus Services, which he currently oversees. In his present role, Mark is responsible for income generation within the Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), focusing on lettings and securing funding through grant bids such as the Condition Improvement Fund.

The organisation is dedicated to enabling excellent outcomes for children by focusing on the development of its academies and their surrounding grounds. Rachel Bates
Headteacher of The Welldon Park Academy
Rachel Bates has over 25 years of experience in both mainstream and special needs education. She is the headteacher of a school that has seen significant improvement under her leadership, transforming from “inadequate in all areas” to a “Good” rating. Rachel’s career is rooted in a passion for school improvement and leadership, with a focus on driving educational excellence.
Rachel has led key leadership projects across London boroughs and Buckinghamshire, aiming to enhance school performance and foster leadership growth. She is currently pursuing EMCC Executive Coach status, furthering her commitment to creating coaching cultures within schools. Rachel also serves on the CIC board for Macdonald Associates Consultancy, contributing to the development of impactful educational strategies.
As a member of the Systems Leadership Development Association (SLDA), Rachel works within a global network dedicated to improving communities through education. She is a proud leader within the Pegasus Partnership Trust, which champions a “by teachers for teachers” philosophy, driving school improvement and fostering better learning environments for children.

Amy Creamer
Headteacher of Priestmead Primary School
Amy is a dedicated educational leader with a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Originally from New Zealand, she has worked in London since 2002, contributing to various leadership roles before becoming headteacher of Priestmead Primary School, where she has served for the past three years.
Under Amy’s leadership, Priestmead maintained its Outstanding Ofsted rating in the December 2023 inspection, showcasing her commitment to educational excellence. She has strong expertise in curriculum development, research, and pedagogy, and works closely with senior and middle leaders to enhance leadership quality and drive school improvement.
Amy is passionate about school improvement and enjoys working collaboratively to identify strengths and tailor development strategies that meet the specific needs of each setting. Her leadership is focused on creating environments where both staff and students can thrive.
