Our Scheme of Delegation outlines how we operate as a Trust, abiding by the Artcles of Association linked to Company Law, and the Academies Trust Handbook updated annually by the ESFA. 

We also cross-reference it with the Governor's Handbook produced by the DFE.

In addition, we ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education which is updated annually by the DFE.

These are reviewed annually by a working party.
